As we ring in the new year, we’re also ushering in a new era of men’s style. Paris Men’s Fashion Week gave us everything we wanted for fall and winter, sticking to classic shades like gray, black, and cream. But don’t let the neutral tones fool you – this year, it’s all about exploring texture, like an oversized faux fur coat or a ribbed sweater adorned with beads. Other fashion-goers warded off the freezing temperatures by turning to vibrant colors like red, blue, and orange – frequently worn layered with muted shades for extra oomph. We also saw plenty of statement puffer jackets, long tailored coats, cargo pants, and ripped denim.
Come rain or shine, the sneaker game was off the charts this week, but you couldn’t go far without spotting plenty of chunky shoes. Accessories ruled supreme on the streets of Paris, with colorful sunglasses, jewellery, cool bags and hats – it’s an easy way to make a plain or monochrome outfit look a bit more interesting. Start the new year with a great new outfit inspired by the top street style at Paris Men’s Fashion Week AW24.
