Cannes Film Festival Red Carpet
The 74th Cannes Film Festival has returned, and the fashion is better than ever. Models and actors like Bella Hadid, Tilda Swinton, and Tina Kunakey stunned on the red carpet, wearing daring and fashion-forward designs. Kunakey stole the show with her purple and red Valentino gown, and Swinton was bold in a vibrant blue suit from Haider Ackermann. Bella Hadid wore two couture pieces throughout the event. The first was a 2002-inspired black and white Jean Paul Gaultier strapless gown with a black tulle halter neck and dramatic train. Her second look was far more proactive – a black plunging Schiaparelli Haute Couture gown from FW22, with a set of brass trompe l’œil lungs along her chest.

Phoebe Philo is Launching Her Own Line
After a three-year hiatus, Phoebe Philo is returning to fashion. The British former Creative Director for Céline and Chloé will develop her label with LVMH, which has invested as a minority stakeholder. “Phoebe Philo is one of the most talented designers of our time,” Arnault said. “We have known her and appreciated her for a long time. Phoebe contributed to the success of the Group through her magnificent creations over several years,” said Bernard Arnault, the CEO of LVMH. “With this in mind, I am very happy to partner with Phoebe on her entrepreneurial adventure and wish her great success.”
“I have had a very constructive and creative working relationship with LVMH for many years, so it is a natural progression for us to reconnect on this new project,” explained Philo. “I have greatly appreciated discussing new ideas with Bernard Arnault and Delphine Arnault, and I am delighted to be embarking on this adventure with their support.” The collection will debut in 2022.

Inside Tommy Hilfiger and Indya Moore’s Collaboration
Star of Pose and non-binary model and activist Indya Moore is collaborating with Tommy Hilfiger on a gender-neutral collection. The size-inclusive capsule features t-shirts, pinstriped suits, and bandeaus, and ranges in sizes from XXS to XXXL. This collection is a part of Tommy Hilfiger’s People’s Place Program, which creates opportunities for underrepresented talent through three pillars. “The People’s Place Program is a cornerstone in our efforts to open the door to everyone who has been left out by fashion,” said Hilfiger.
“Too many people are made to feel that something is wrong with them just for being themselves. With our capsule, no one is made to feel wrong or different or broken,” said Indya Moore. “It is just one way we will continue breaking boundaries and making every person feel seen, beautiful, celebrated, and accepted exactly as they are,” Hilfiger said.
