As one of the most anticipated events on the fashion calendar, street style at Milan Fashion Week AW22 did not disappoint. With a blend of sophisticated tailoring and a casual twist of denim and knitwear, the Italian streets were hotter than ever. Facing the cool temperatures, there was an array of leather PU outfits, trench coats, suits and separates – the colors mixed from neutral to deep emerald greens and grays. Patterns such as animal print, large stripes and florals were popular, but the biggest players this week were bold pops of colour, such as purple, yellow and pink. This season is about experimenting and mixing different eras into one – ‘60s coats and opera gloves, along with ‘80s oversized blazers and pastels. Other trends included feathers and puffer jackets, and an array of layering. Many fashion goers opted for monochrome ensembles in neutral shades, added with vibrant shoes and bags for maximum impact. Get inspired for your next shopping trip with the hottest street style we saw at Milan Fashion Week AW22.
