We just can’t get enough of Fitzroy’s art and graffiti. Melbournians love this suburb for its cafes, restaurants, bars and laneways that are filled with hidden artistic treasures. The vibe is always casual, grungy, hippie and quirky. Whatever inspires you today would do! Be it nature, animals, vintage fashion, old cars, whatever comes to your mind first is the way to go. We spent a lazy Sunday sipping on coffees in the little quirky cafes, did some vintage shopping, strolled around the laneways we never knew existed and found the incredible artworks of locals and foreign street artists. It is like treasure hunting, the wall art we found took us to a mystical world of magic and reality, a world where you are only limited by the depth of your own creativity.
I am wearing the works of talented local designers, Ninotchka Designs necklace, Mad Love Top, Ninnie Jacket, all from my favourite The Estelle Store which is relocating to 244 Upper Heidelberg Rd, Ivanhoe, Melbourne in August, Sportsgirl hat and stockings, Dotti leggings and RMK shoes.
