In the midst of the cold Melbourne winter comes SABA’s refreshing Spring Summer 14/15 campaign that reflects strong contrasts, heated block colours and vibrant summer stills.
The campaign images were shot by Roger Deckker who has contributed to many exceptional editorial imagery for the likes of Harper’s Bazaar, US Vogue, Dolce & Gabbana and Pop Magazine to name a few. Staying aligned with his aesthetic rule-of-thirds hallmark and drawing your eye to the center, it works beautifully to capture SABA’s elongated silhouettes and the pop of color in the new collection.
The industrial setting of the campaign uses harsh, rigid lines to coincide with the natural, soft, figure-hugging silhouettes. SABA is staying true to its simplicity as it takes on strong contrasts and modern-boho styles. A combination of sport luxe with sharp silhouettes, flowing skirts and long hems is perfect for the coming warmer months – fringing detail and metallic embellishment for whites to truly pop – a true definition of effortless chic.
The collection is released at the end of July.
