Jungkook is Calvin Klein’s New Ambassador
BTS star Jungkook is the new face of Calvin Klein. As the Global Ambassador, the Korean pop star will don both underwear and denim as part of the role, kicking things off with a campaign shoot in black and white, shot by Park John Ha. “I have been a fan of Calvin Klein for a long time, and I’m thrilled to be their newest global ambassador,” said Jungkook. “This partnership is very special, as Calvin Klein’s heritage and brand values resonate with me. My music is how I communicate with my fans around the world, and I see this partnership as an opportunity to connect with them in a new way.”

Jean Paul Gaultier Names New Collaborator
Jean Paul Gaultier is entering its next phase with the creative director of Paco Rabanne. As part of the ongoing collaboration with other creative minds, JPG will enlist Julien Dossena as its guest designer. Previous guests include Olivier Rousteing of Balmain, Glenn Martens of Y/Project, Chitose Abe of Sakai, and Haider Ackermann.
Dossena has been at the realm of Paco Rabanne since 2013, this year celebrating a decade in the role. “Julien has a particular sense of reinterpretation, and I’m curious to see how he will play with my codes,” Sid Jean Paul Gaultier to WWD. “Paco Rabanne’s heritage is extremely rich, and Julien knows how to make this strength resonate in his collections.” The show will debut at Paris Couture Fashion Week in July.

DVF Celebrates 50 Years of the Wrap Dress
Diane von Furstenberg is celebrating 50 years of her iconic wrap dress, and she’s showcasing the history in an exhibition. At the Musee Mode & Kant & Dentelle Museum. First designed in 1974, the designer created the iconic garment, which has since become a staple in womenswear. This is the first exhibition in Europe to celebrate the designer and will take place in her native city of Brussels. To celebrate her impact on fashion, an exhibition will feature four chapters of the designer’s life. Such chapters include her story as a designer and person, and will run from April 24 until January 2024.
