DANIEL HECHTER | COMPETITION RULES
- Closing Date for entries is Friday 14th March at 12.00 noon AEDST
- Competition applies to Australian residents who are over 18 years old.
- Contestant must like TheTrendSpotter and DANIEL HECHTER Facebook fan page to be eligible to win the prize.
- The winner will be selected at random from the list of entrants by the closing date and will be notified by email which was provided at the time of entry.
- Only one (1) entry per person.
- DANIEL HECHTER reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to withdraw, cancel, suspend or modify the terms of the offer.
- By entering this competition, personal information of registrants will not be sold to third party and limited to communications from TheTrendSpotter and DANIEL HECHTER.
- Anonymous registrants will not be eligible for the offer.
- $1000 DANIEL HECHTER gift voucher and champagne prize must be claimed within ninety (90) days of issue or will become invalid.
- Two ticket prize to Runway 5 at Virgin Australia Fashion Festival must be claimed prior to the show or will become invalid.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- This competition is not open to employees of DANIEL HECHTER and TheTrendSpotter or any agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of the promotion.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [Australian] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
