Cindy Crawford’s Daughter Makes Her Editorial Debut
Good genes run in the family! Cindy Crawford’s daughter, Kaia Gerber, is only 13-years-old, but the breathtakingly beautiful teen has already secured her first editorial in Vogue Italia. Shot in black-and-white by famed photographer Steven Meisel, Kaia looks strikingly similar to her supermodel mother as she poses in a pants suit and tie in one image, and a furry leopard jacket in another.
Aside from Kaia’s stunning spread in Vogue Italia, she has also just signed a modelling contract with top agency IMG Models – we think it’s safe to say that she’s a budding model to watch.
Kendall Jenner’s Racy New Calvin Klein Ad Campaigns
Kendall Jenner is really making a name for herself in the fashion world, and her latest campaign for Calvin Klein has a major WOW factor. Calvin Klein’s Fall 2015 underwear campaign was shot by Mikael Jansson, and it sees the model showing a lot more skin that her previous CK shoots, as she poses in a black thong with a sheer insert and little else in one shot, a lacy bra in another, and scalloped underwear in a third image.
Other top models in the campaign include Isabeli Fontana, Edita Vilkeviciute and Joan Smalls, and there’s no denying that the campaign lives up to it’s tagline “The Original Sexy.”
Kate Moss Says She Won’t Pose Nude Anymore
Kate Moss has been the star of many sultry campaigns – including the cover of Playboy for the magazine’s 60th anniversary in 2013 – but the supermodel claims that her days of posing nude are now firmly behind her, and the reason why is pretty amazing one: she doesn’t want to embarrass her 12-year-old daughter, Lila Grace.
During an interview with The Mirror, Moss revealed that she’s going to set boundaries after her daughter passed a comment about seeing her nude. “Lila has seen me nude. She went: ‘Yes, Mummy, there is a lot of you in those pictures.’ She saw the Playboy thing – she didn’t see the inside but she knew about the whole thing,” Moss confessed.
We really think it’s commendable that Moss is putting her daughter first. What a great mommy!
Lara Stone New Ad Campaign For Kurt Geiger is Stunning
We here at TheTrendSpotter can’t get enough of Lara Stone. She’s an incredible model and her photos are always so visually interesting. So it really comes as no surprise that her latest shoot for the new campaign of British accessory brand Kurt Geiger is truly impressive.
The Dutch model can be seen wearing black lingerie and suspenders, a PVC bodysuit and a long-sleeve fitted body as she poses with a number of different bags – including a fluffy blue mini satchel and a structured brown crocskin tote – in a series of shoots for the A/W 15 campaign. And boy, does she look gorgeous.
However, Lara Stone is not the only thing we love about this campaign, because those bags are already on our Christmas wishlist!
Eva Longoria is Launching a Clothing Line – And She Has a Secret Talent
Ever since our Desperate Housewives binge-watching days we’ve been in love with Eva Longoria. But there’s a new reason to love the multi-talented actress now, and that’s because she’s crossing over into the fashion world.
Longoria will debut her new apparel line in Fall 2016 (which is currently unnamed), with a focus on everything from sportswear to workwear, and plans to expand into accessories, handbags and footwear in the future.
In a press release, the actress revealed that she has wanted to design her collection for some time and she will be partnering up with Sunrise Brands to do so. But what exactly can you expect?
“I am excited to design a collection that will offer women versatility while evoking confidence, comfort, and a sense of glamor,” Longoria’s press release states. But what makes this celebrity collection a little more special is that Longoria is actually an accomplished seamstress – having started at a young age with duvets and throw cushions and developed into making her own dresses – so she will be hands-on with her collection.
